	Rules.
1)	Teams have a maximum of six runners.
2)	A team's best four positions in each race will count towards the team score.
3)	If less than four runners from a team complete a race, a score equal to the final
	finishing position in that race will be added to the team score for each non-completing
	runner.
4)	All nine races count towards the team competition.
