Following the latest government announcements (effective from 24th Sept) limited club activity will continue. Sessions will be Tuesday 7:00pm and Saturday 8:00am. We are now allowed to meet in groups of 12 max. to exercise if in a Covid secure environment and manner. If not Covid secure environment group size will be limited to 6. Strict social distancing of 2m must be maintained at all times. The sessions will be of a rep/interval basis to enable distancing to be more easily achieved.
Runners will be organised into groups with coach/leader of up to 12 depending on environment.
Below are also suggested sessions for Monday and Thursday that you may wish to attempt on your course and your own time.
Recovery run 5 or 6 miles
6:50 for 7:00 Seafront - shelter between Trop and Sealife - Rep/Interval sessions
Any time - your place - Suggest Fartlek run 5 to 8 miles - (Alternative meet others at HM 6:50pm) see note in mail on fb.
Meet 8:00 am Clarence park east - Session will be rep/ints led by Jason.
Suggested LSR : Distance, terrain and speed based on current fitness and plans - groups max. 6 (don't forget 2m SD)
