The Mendip Muddle is now just two months away so preparations are now picking up speed. As always we need the help of club members, their friends and family in order to help with tasks around the start/finish/HQ and to act as marshals around the course. If you can help please send me an email using the link below or grab me at the next training session/race.

Roger Hart, fed up with the persistent drizzle in the UK, has decided to catch some sun in Oman from 7-14th November. Whilst there he is going to do some jogging across a few sand dunes (a mere 175km/100 miles of sand to be precise). You can see more details of this race, "The Oman Raid", by following the link below. Good luck Roger! Don't forget your sun hat.
