Sadly I have to inform club members that Barry Twite died last Thursday evening. I am sure everyone will join me in saying what a highly valued and respected member of the club Barry was. He was a great character and brought a huge amount of experience to the club not only putting in an enormous amount of work on the committee but in particular helping organise 'The Christmas Cracker'. Barry also played a key part in the merger of Wyvern Road Runners and Weston Athletic Club and has therefore influenced and helped make Weston Athletic Club what it is today. He will be greatly missed and our deepest sympathy and condolences go to his wife Libby and family.
Organised by Taunton & District Carnival Committee.
